Dear parents/ guardians,

Following our recent Estyn inspection, I can now confirm that the report has been published. I have shared a brief summary of the report in the attachment with a link to the complete, online report. We are very proud of our school and thank the staff for their continuous hard work and to every one of you for your support.

Bydd tîm nyrsio/imiwneiddio’r ysgol yn ymweld â’r ysgol 15/09/2026 i gynnig brechiad rhag y ffliw i blant.

Mae’r GIG yn argymell bod eich plentyn yn cael brechiad rhag y ffliw bob blwyddyn.

Dilynwch y ddolen isod i gwblhau’r ffurflen ganiatâd erbyn 08/09/2026

Treuliwch amser yn darllen yr wybodaeth a ddarperir. Llenwch y ffurflen gydsynio er mwyn sicrhau na fydd eich plentyn yn colli allan. Gallwch gwblhau’r ffurflen ar-lein – ewch i bipbc.gig.cymru/FfliwYsgolneu sganiwch y cod QR. Neu gallwch ofyn am gopi papur o’r ffurflen gydsynio i’w chwblhau a’i dychwelyd.
