Come and meet local artists and get creative in Welsh! An opportunity to socialise and use the Welsh you have, learn new vocabulary, and enjoy a variety of crafts.

Sesiwn 1 – 30.10.25 – Emma-jayne Holmes – Braslunio / Sketching
Dewch i wneud llyfr braslunio a chwarae gemau llunio. Mi fyddwn yn defnyddio deunyddiau wedi’u ailgylchu ac offer tynnu llun syml.

Come and make a sketchbook and then play drawing games in your sketchbook. We will be using recycled materials and simple drawing tools.

Sesiwn 2 – 13.11.25 – Moxy Child – Argraffu gyda Tetra Pak /  Printing with Tetra Pak
Dewch i ddysgu sgiliau argraffu newydd yn y Gymraeg. Mi fyddwn ni’n defnyddio pecynnau bwyd Tetra Pak i argraffu.

Come and learn new printing skills in Welch. We will be using Tetra Pak to print designs.

Sesiwn 3 – 27.11.25 – Eirian Muse – Gwehyddu Helyg / Willow Weaving
Sesiwn gyda Eirian Muse i ddysgu sut i greu addurniadau syml yn defnyddio helyg.

A session with Eirian Muse learning how to create a simple decoration using willow.

Taith o gwmpas dinas Wrecsam i ymweld â rhai o lefydd fwyaf arswydus y dref, clywed hanes rhai o’r cymeriadau ffiaidd o’n gwmpas ac efallai cwrdd ag ysbryd neu ddwy ar hyd y ffordd! 

Yn dechrau ac yn gorffen tu allan i’r Saith Seren mae’r daith hon yn addo profiad unigryw i helpu ddathlu Calan Gaeaf Cymraeg. 

Mewn gydweithrediad a North Wales Ghost Tours, mae’r digwyddiad hon yn cael ei chynnal yn y Gymraeg ac yn addas i ddysgwyr lefelau canolradd +. 

A ghost walk around the city of Wrexham to see some of it’s spookiest places, hear the stories of it’s beastly residents and perhaps meet a ghost or two along the way!  

Beginning and ending outside of the Saith Seren, this promises to be a unique experience to help celebrate a Welsh Halloween. 

In conjunction with North Wales Ghost Tours, this event will be conducted in Welsh but is suitable for learners Canolradd +

Dewch i gwrdd â Siôn Corn yn Chapter Court, Wrecsam. Bydd cyfle i glywed stori wreiddiol gan ‘y dyn ei hun’ cyn ymuno yn hwyl yr ŵyl gan greu celf a chrefft Nadolig, ysgrifennu llythyr at Siôn Corn a chael ymweld fel teulu â’r Groto i sgwrsio a dymuno Nadolig Llawen i’r dyn a’i farf llaes a’i wallt gwyn. 

Byddwn yn agor y drysau i bawb am 3pm, 4:30pm neu 6pm gan ddechrau’r sesiwn gyda stori, cyn i bawb ymuno yn y sesiwn creu crefftau Nadoligaidd Dwylo.  Yn ystod y sesiwn grefft bydd y teuluoedd yn derbyn slot amser penodol i ymweld â Siôn Corn ac yn eu tro yn cael eu galw draw i’r groto i drafod hynt a helyntion y flwyddyn a’r hyn y maent eisiau y Nadolig hwn.

£4 am y plentyn cyntaf ac yna £2 am bob plentyn ychwanegol! Am ddim i rieni a gwarchodwyr.

Groto Siôn Corn (Santa’s Grotto)

Come and meet Father Christmas at Chapter Court, Wrecsam. There will be a chance for the children to listen to an original story by the ‘man himself’, create Christmas crafts, write a letter to Santa, and have a chat with him in the grotto! 

Everyone will arrive at the start of the session (3pm, 4:30pm, or 6pm) for story time, then arts and crafts, during which time families will be called over to the grotto in turn for a chat with Father Christmas to discuss what the children have been up to all year and what they would like for Christmas. 

£4 for the first child then only £2 for each additional child! Free for parents/guardians.

Limited spaces. Book soon.

This is a Welsh language event for children.

Dear parents/carers,

You will receive a letter containing an individual Seesaw QR code for your children. The purpose of the app is to enable easy communication from school and home and to help share your children’s school activities and experiences with you at home.

Here is a brief video explaining how to access and start using Seesaw. It is important to use Seesaw Class in order to share work. If you have more than one child in the school you will need to sign in individually to access your child’s work and teachers.

We hope you enjoy getting a bit more of an insight into your children’s busy school life.

Year 1 and 2 will be holding ‘live’ online classes over the next three weeks every, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 9:15 as part of your child’s usual class and at 2:00 pm as a whole year group. Remember to log on to Microsoft teams to join. You must use your child’s HWB account to log in.
